Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Charges: You will receive the service as booked. Any additional luggage or extra passengers will incur additional charges. We are not liable for any issues related to extra luggage or passengers.

2. Cancellation Policy: Basic, Standard, and Work Packages: A 50% fee of the total payment will be retained for cancellations made less than 1 week before the scheduled ride. Premium Packages: The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 1 week before the scheduled ride.

3. Vehicle Damage: Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. Additional charges will apply for repairs.

4. Passenger Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and safety while in the vehicle. Be mindful of your surroundings within the car to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all.

5. Vehicle Use Policies: Smoking, vaping, and leaving trash in the vehicle are strictly prohibited. If you have any medical issues, please inform us in advance so we can ensure the vehicle is a safe environment.

6. Pickup and Drop-Off: We have a 15-minute standing rule. If passengers are not at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the booking will be canceled, and the full payment will be retained. If the drop-off time is extended due to passenger delays, extra charges will apply.

7. Child Passengers: The vehicle is equipped with car seats, but children will also incur charges.

8. Service Availability: In rare cases where we are unable to provide the service, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund.
